Currently no hardware player and only recent software players can play such files.

Why not? It is up to the user to decide which encoder to use. Btw. that is the reason why you have to enable it before you can use it.

Your file plays fine with MPC-HC 1.7.1 (http://mpc-hc.org/)

    Thank you.MPC-HC can play it.
with same settings x264 quality is better or x265?
which has smaller file size with even quality?

Like written in the other ticket. Please ask support questions in the doom9 forum.
x265 may have the smaller file sizes and better quality. But x265 is very new and may not be so good balanced as x264. So please test it for yourself - I do not use x265 at all.

    Thank you.
Sorry I didn't know that I can't ask support questions in here.
Last question:why newer x264 versions have smaller sizes than the older ones?
    I use x264-10b_64 version 2334.
