I have created the NAC/10, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 from AT2 for use in MegaMek. These weapons are meant to be used on off-board surface naval battleships to simulate an off-shore bombardment, and for large support surface naval vessels when they are implemented into MegaMek.
These weapons function just like artillery pieces and do not follow the AT2 rules for orbital bombardment (atleast until orbital bombardment rules are implemented). However, these weapons are very dangerous and deadly when used with the Maximum Tech Artillery Rules.
On the turn the attack arrives, the game might appear to freeze (it does on my 1.2GHz machine), but this is because MegaMek is trying to calculate the enormous damage done by these weapons, much like those nuclear attacks. You will momentarily see the attack phase report.
The specifications for each weapon have been transferred from TechManual. Assigning one slot of ammunition for each weapon is equal to one shot for the weapon. If someone can improve upon this, please do!

Eventually, I will work on a patch with the naval gauss rifles and the capital missiles, and maybe some energy weapons if I can keep them from firing indirectly.
