#1392 Change the portrait display in MegaMek to retain the aspect ratio of the image file

Currently in MegaMek, all pilot portraits display at 58 pixels x 50 pixels (1.16:1 aspect ratio), regardless of the image file's aspect ratio. Thus, any portrait file that does not have a 1.16:1 aspect ratio displays in MegaMek as short and wide. See the attached PDF for an example of a portrait as it displays in MegaMek vs MekHQ.

This request is to change the way that MegaMek displays the portaits so that the portraits can retain their original aspect ratio.
