I get blank output from megasasctl with a PERC 6/i on a Dell T5500 workstation running Debian Lenny amd64
Linux polygon 2.6.26-2-amd64 #1 SMP Thu Nov 5 02:23:12 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux
FWIW, on a 32-bit Debian Lenny Dell T5400 w/ PERC 6/i i see:
Linux coatl 2.6.26-2-686 #1 SMP Wed Nov 4 20:45:37 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
coatl:sdowdy# ./megasasctl -svv

( *NO* Disk information provided, but Adapter is probed properly. Obviously, htis system has a failed disk. Should the enclosure be 65535, given there is no enclosure, just internal drives? I presume megasasctl doesn't *require* an enclosure (SAF-TE/SES?)
I see TWO 64-bit Debian Lenny systems both show NO output, but have only tested the one 32-bit system above, so don't know if 64bit is responsible for failure to ID the adapter, or the System model or ...

megatrace megasasctl + various system infos
checkout the svn trunk, a unrelease version 0.4.3 out there could support perc6 :) I tried, and works great!
