  • This happens when mediatomb is running on my Ubuntu 10.10:

    Feb 26 12:18:01 home kernel:  eth1: link down.
    Feb 26 12:18:03 home kernel:  eth1: link up.

    Renderer looses connection to mediatomb and video is dropped.
    When mediatomb is not running, no such messages in the syslog.
    Tried other DLNA servers - no such is issues.

    I'm using mediatomb from SVN with Ubuntu and Samsung softsub patches,
    but I remember having the same issue without samsung patches with the stock ubuntu mediatomb.

    Anybody has a clue?

    Thanks.

  • PS: It happanes right on mediatomb startup as well

  • It seems I have located the issue:

    When I have more then TWO <add header="…" /> children inside the <custom-http-headers/> it starts this missbehaviour O_o

    I have

        <custom-http-headers>
          <add header="transferMode.dlna.org: Streaming"/>
          <add header="contentFeatures.dlna.org: DLNA.ORG_OP=01;DLNA.ORG_CI=0;DLNA.ORG_FLAGS=01700000000000000000000000000000"/>
          <add header="X-User-Agent: redsonic"/>
        </custom-http-headers>

    Any combination of two <add header="…"/> seems to work just fine (the test still running :)
