    I have the latest svn compiled for linux and it works great.  Next, I'm trying to get it on a Sheeva plug, but keep hitting the following snag:

    libmediatomb.a(libmediatomb_a-sqlite3_storage.o): In function `SLInitTask::run(sqlite3**, Sqlite3Storage*)':
    /root/mediatomb.svn/build/../src/storage/sqlite3/sqlite3_storage.cc:466: undefined reference to `uncompress'

    Is this because it can't find the library that contains uncompress?  I've hard coded the path in the include statement to /usr/local/include but no luck.

    Any other suggestions on what the actual issue is?

    Thanks,
    Doc

    It's probably missing zlib when linking, try adding -lz to LDFLAGS… I wonder why the configure script missed that, but well :)

    Just to let you know, i have running latest svn on my sheevaplug.
    This runs very good in the meanwhile also with my Samsung TV.
    Didn't had any problem compiling it.

    I'm contemplating buying a sheevaplug or more likely a guruplug server plus and I was wondering if it's powerful enough to do transcoding to a PS3? I have lots of flac and some flv video. Most of my other files don't need transcoding so I assume they'll play alright.
