In an older version (0.7.42), both 'enocded by' and 'encoder settings' (aka 'encoder' or 'encoding settings') id3v2 tags were showing correctly in the 'General' section of mp3s.
In the newest version (and possibly before that), a regression has occured which results in the "encoding settings" tag not showing up anymore in the 'General' section. Instead, a "Writing library" field shows up in the 'General' section, but it doesn't display the actual value that resides in the TSSE frame, but rather a generic text ("Lame 3.99r" in my case) which is the same value that is displayed under "Writing library" in the 'Audio' section. Maybe something was changed that is causing one value to override the other?
