#766 rmvb incorrect av delay value

Attached a .rmvb (rv40, cook) file where MediaInfo reports a av delay of 0, when I run ffprobe -show_packets "path to file"
and look at the first few packets I get the following -> http://pastebin.com/hS54XNX7
main point is that the video stream starts at:
pts=1119
pts_time=1.119000
dts=1119
dts_time=1.119000
and the audio starts at:
pts=18
pts_time=0.018000
dts=18
dts_time=0.018000
so I delay of 1101ms is probably the right info (seems to work fine on remuxing)

    You're totally right.
    I was testing only the "start_time" in the header, I don't parse yet the data block.
    I disabled the corresponding code, no information is better than wrong information.
