Bugs item #794294, was opened at 20030824 15:54 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=104933&aid=794294&group_id=4933 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Stavros Macrakis (macrakis) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: nusum doesn't understand INF Initial Comment: nusum(x,i,1,inf) gives inf*x That is correct in some sense but inf should not appear in the answer. Either nusum should given an answer not involving inf, or it should give an error. Although in this case, limit(inf*x) gives the correct answer, I am not sure that is always true.
