Dear Sirs: I leased a brand-new 2011 Nissan Maxima from a dealer in New Hampshire in 2011. I had to bring back my car 7 times for electrical problems. Solution: Problem could not be resolved. Dealer had Mechanics from Nissan work along with their mechanics to try to fix the problem. They replaced the computer, and still, problems. I loved this car and wanted to keep it! I have purchased 3 maxima’s in the past. Dealer had it hauled off to an auction place in South Windsor, CT. I saw the car when it left. I only had 24,000 miles on a 37 month old car. I was devistated. I also am not pleased that I had to pay full – amount off $ 22,209.00 at the end of the lease. I believe I should have some compensation coming back to me, since I took great care of my car. Can anyone help me with my problem? I have tried the Better Business Bureau, but cannot go after dealer. Where and who should I complain too? Sincerely, Discouraged Customer |
