#40 [dbunit] Set autocommit to true

Not all JDBC drivers have autocommit = true as the default.
DBUnit seems to require this.
I'll be posting a similar bug to dbunit, but for now
the most expedient solution for my problem is to patch
maven-dbunit-plugin.
Here's the diff:

    I stopped using maven and dbunit back in November. I won't
    be able to test this.
    Close it if you feel it works.

    My team found no problems with this minor change (dbUnit
    tests with Oracle 10g); closing.
