It is not what I need.. http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/matplotlib.axes.html The plot method (plot(self, *args, **kwargs)) accepts only x,y pairs, in ax.plot(ind*dt, y) -- the x parameter is ind*dt - the sample times, but the data between the sample points is lost.
