Helge - You are absolutely right. When you resize the window, the scale gets messed-up. It can be fixed by giving the axis('scaled') command again, but it is a thorn in my eye. What we need is some kind of event handler for a window resize. Is there event handling built in the backend-basics that keeps track of whether a window gets resized? Shouldn't there be an event handler for window-resized? I am mostly interested in Tkinter. Anybody know that the event is?
