We have this on the server:

cat /proc/acpi/processor/*/info | grep throttling
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no
throttling control: no

But I get from Configure on Atlas 3.10.0:
CPU Throttling apparently enabled!
Aborting...

Not sure how to resolve. Any ideas appreciated.
