#215 Missing libptlapack.a in INSTALLDIR/lib

Hi dear ATLAS team,

I'm sorry I filed this report in "Bug" field. I deleted that and file here.

In my building , it seems that ATLAS 3.10.0 missed libptlapack.a in INSTALLDIR (or DESTDIR).

$ ../configure -b 64 -Fa alg '-fPIC -pipe' -D c -DPentiumCPS=3200 --prefix=/usr/local --with-netlib-lapack-tarfile=/home/liuxiangyu/temp/atlas-build/lapack-3.4.2.tgz
$ make build
$ make check
$ make ptcheck
$ make DESTDIR=${INSTALLDIR} install

There was'nt libptlapack.a in ${INSTALLDIR}/lib.
Everything was OK in installation , so I can't provide a bug report.

After applying attached diff file, the libptlapack.a was on it's place.

I confirm this a an ATLAS bug. Thank you very much for the patch! I have applied to the developer basefiles, and will still need to add it to the stable basefiles. In the meantime, your patch looks good to me.

Fixed by 3.10.1
