Hi Jennifer, Thanks for offering to supply a patch for CoSign support. That would be great and the place to post that would be the bug tracker. I would like that we can refactor the authentication code in a way where we can allow support for such authentication systems like CoSign to be implement as a plugin, in a way that is similar to the Wiki integration plugins. Following are the next steps: 1. Create a fully function CoSign patch. 2. Submit an issue in the bug tracker and attach the patch. 3. Refactor the code to be more like a plug-in rather than a patch that involves modifying distribution code. If you do step 1-3, then I see no reason why this doesn't go in as soon as it is ready. However, you may elect to do 1 and 2, and leave 3 for someone else to handle in the future. Step 3 will require coordination with the development team to make sure that the proposed authentication plug-in module makes sense and would work for other authentication mechanism.
