Matthias, One way to do it if you have the same customers over and over is to add these individuals to your Mantis system. Not to use it but just to receive emails on status "resolved" or when the bug/issue is being updated. If the customers are always new, then, you can create an external page using MantisConnect as a web service (easy installation , just add another folder to your Mantis directory) and use as is or modify AnonyMantis (it has submit and check status functionality) to meet your needs. Using AnonyMantis (which is a plain HTML page form) you can let the external customers enter the issues without having to log in to Mantis and they can also check the status of these issues at any time. This are just two alternatives to your issue. The third one is to modify the code to be able to add a second email. I am not an expert in Mantis. Maybe there are another few options out there.
