[Mantisbt-help] bugzilla2mantis link broken, looking for alternative

Hello,

does anyone know a working link to the bugzilla2mantis migration tool by
Chris Daniluk? The links at http://www.mantisbt.org/links.php to both the
project and the author's homepage are broken. I couldn't find any
alternative locations through Google.
