MantisConnect provides a web service and client libraries in .NET, Java, and Cocoa to submit bugs (along other things) into Mantis. There is even a NAnt task that allows a Nant script to submit issues into Mantis. http://www.futureware.biz/mantisconnect/ This may sound like heresy but there is only one Windows machine in our office and it is not allowed to play on the net without adult supervision. MantisConnect is a Windows specific product, if I understand the requirements correctly. Is there a work-alike alternatve? [Victor] The core part of MantisConnect is a PHP webservice that lives with Mantis and builds on top of Mantis API. At the moment (in source control, not yet released), there are client libraries for .NET (C#), Java, and Cocoa. You can also generate your own client proxy for any language that supports web services. TIA, - Mark |
