Hi Ed, Mantis currently only supports MySQL. However, it is planned to have it use a db abstraction library in the future which will then allow you to use it with SQL Server. I would assume this may be a 0.19.0 feature (not sure!). The good news is that all database-specific calls are located in /<mantis>/core/database_api.php.
