I have created a team for you in mantisbt-plugins organization and sent you
an invitation. Please follow instructions in

to transfer ownership of the repository to the org, and let me know when
you're done.

I invite you to *rename* it to *jQueryChosen* or something similar (it does
not make sense to have plugins start with 'Mantis')

I also recommend to add a README file (in English) and to reference your
plugin in the above-mentioned wiki page.
