The branch, filter-constants has been deleted

64c11f6d10fb78bae327cf84d79b91ae58fcf2a3 Simplify filter constants by using a single constant value for each field rather than two constants per field.  Rename constants and the values to use the same field name as the database field name where applicable. Remove the 'and_not_assigned' field as it has been replaced by the meta field None. Add a db upgrade function to query and rebuild all stored filters to use the new field names.
