we will have to eliminate all references to personal information (user
names, assigend to, ...) for reporters.
Doing that I added some new rights in the config file - thank's to the core
team that very easy to handle.
We will eliminate the "reporter name", "assigned to" from the filters and
all displays. The same goes into the direction if the user is allowed to
see the bug history or not.
Is there any rule how the dev team likes to get patches like this?

Hey Alex - I've been working on something similar...
I've been updating the users so that username and email are the same...
(simplified log in - they can't forget their username this way ;) and then
adding a "Real Name" field (based on work from other patches) so that the
history can show something less personal - like :
or whatever you like...
What I'm striving for is a way for people to only see other people (in the
all projects and project management editors) that are somehow related to
We are trying to create a single system for many individual projects... and
users from project 1 shouldn't see people from project 2 for example.
In terms of patches, I think people have just been posting them here...
Victor has been silent lately, but presumably when he comes back from
vacation (total assumption on my part) he'll look them over - in the
meantime, there are others (ME!) that are interested.
