Thanks for the quick response regarding the spam.
I've forwarded your questions to the mantisbt-help mailing list. However
the questions in their current state can't be answered as you haven't
provided enough information. Please have a read through
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html for some help on how
to ask questions on mailing lists.
Please feel free to send an email to the MantisBT help mailing list once
you have gathered enough information to enable people to help you out
with your MantisBT problems. You'll first need to sign up the mailing
list via http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/mantisbt-help
before you can send an email to the list.
Also just as a reminder, we have a number of other avenues for seeking
MantisBT support listed at http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php
As MantisBT is an open source community project please remember that
people are volunteering their valuable time to provide help/support for
the MantisBT project. This is covered thoroughly in ESR's "How to ask
questions the smart way" essay I linked to above. It's a must read for
anyone seeking help/support from an open source project.
