Is there any support for getting/setting the time-tracking info using
soap in mantis. It appears that it's missing on the server side (based
on the wsdl from my server and the a quick perusal of the latest mantis
soap api code in 1.2.0a3) . Is that true? Is there a work around of
any sort other than patching my own version of mantis? (large chunks of
php gives me the heebee jeebees)
While I'm whining some kind of atomic add-time-to-existing-note call
would be nice.. otherwise there's a potential race condition for
clients that want to use soap to manipulate time-tracker stuff. It
looks like you can currently only add or delete notes.
Finally, it'd be nice to change times for issues retrospectively (i.e.
on previous dates).
Sorry if this is off-topic the mantisconnect email lists strike me as
being related to the client libraries, while this appears to be a
FYI (a motivating example that illustrates why I want the above features
if they don't already exist). Using mantis time-tracking is mandatory
in my organization. I've found the web interface to be somewhat awkward
to use at the level of granularity at which I'm required to track my
time. I've got a little python/wxwindows app that talks to mantis using
mantisconnect/soap.py. It has windows with lists of issues, and uses
drag and drop to move the issues onto a window with a time-sheet, the
idea is that I can then click an issue to increment the time for that
issue. It also lets me easily see how much time has been logged for
