Yikes! That looks like Netscape 4 running on a *nix
box. I'd highly recommend using Mozilla or another
more modern browser before continuing. Mantis won't
be the only place you find *huge* display problems. A
good chunk of websites, maybe 60%, will look quite
ugly under Netscape 4. That's because CSS support
under Netscape browsers prior to Mozilla is
essentially ... broken.
And, since Mantis is quite CSS-based, inevitably there
will be problems. Although I am not exactly active in
Mantis development, I can say with my experience that
when building a site, maintain W3C standards and the
browsers will eventually get there.
Browsers today have gotten there, if it doesn't
display correctly and the HTML/CSS conforms to W3C,
then its a bug that should be reported to the creators
of the browser.
I encourage you to upgrade soon!!
(PS Modern browsers do include the links/lynx
text-based family of browsers as long as they
awknowledge and process correctly a CSS file...)
