You might want to check the spelling of organisation vs. organization, Mantis uses the American spelling.

Subject: [Mantisbt-help] LDAP authentication

Hi, is there someone who can help me with the LDAP authentication of Mantis (0.18.3)?

I configured the config_inc.php LDAP section and set the login method to LDAP. I always get the following error: APPLICATION WARNING #100: Configuration option 'ldap_organization' not found.

# --- login method ----------------

# CRYPT or PLAIN or MD5 or LDAP or BASIC_AUTH

$g_login_method = LDAP;

# --- using OpenLdap -------------

$g_ldap_server = 'ldap://ldapserver.local.be/';

$g_ldap_port = '389';

$g_ldap_root_dn = 'dc=local, dc=be';

#$g_ldap_organisation = ''; # optional;

$g_ldap_bind_dn = 'uid=admin,ou=admins,ou=partner,ou=people,dc=local,dc=be';

$g_ldap_bind_passwd = 'xxxxxxx';

$g_use_ldap_email = OFF; # Should we send to the LDAP email address or what MySql tells us

Do I need to compile some php (ldap) libraries? The server runs Solaris 8.php 4.3.1, apache 1.3.28

thanks in advance

Henk
