Hi David,

I'm OK with checking all of the changes below in given that they are ready.  However, I would double check with Siebrand before changing the button labels to determine the best timing to do that from a localization point of view.  Unless we don't care if English shows "Edit" and and French "Update Issue (in French)" given that they both have the same meaning (almost).

Hi everyone,

I have a bunch of patches that I've been collecting, and which may be
useful for the 1.2 release. I'm sending this email to the mailing list
to give everyone the chance to provide feedback before any of these
branches are committed.

rm-hardcoded-admin-access-level (bug #10597)

manage-user-email-notify (bug #4772)

succint-html-buttons (bug #10598)

10274 (bug #10274)

Most of these changes aren't all that noticeable or important to users.
The main exception would be bug 10598 where I renamed the "Update Issue"
button to just "Edit".

For bug 10274 I'll add documentation for the new
$g_show_scheduled_release_dates configuration option to the docbook

There are also a few leftovers from bug 10330 that haven't been
completed/merged yet. Some instances of the FEEDBACK constant still
appear hardcoded into the Mantis code. I'm not entirely sure what to
replace FEEDBACK with in terms of configuration options (any ideas?).
The other main thing is this commit:

Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial
