V3.0

I was running a batch of CDs through manifest maker - selecting the option not to copy to output media and choosing to continue adding to this manifest with new media.

Checking the output manifest file, I noticed that the Media Id for all the cds was '1'. It should have been an incremental number

I can reproduce this as described. However, if you elect to copy the files to the output directory, the media id increments as expected.

When not moving files but using mulitple media the media ID is now incrementing with each new media.

    Fixed in tag bug-3116025.

Tested in Testing Branch Manifest Maker 3.0.1.

Works as expected. I can create a manifest with incrementing media ID when electing not to copy files to output media.

The expected behaviour for copying files to an output media is:
    * 'Source' represents each new media.
    * Media ID is incremented when the specified media size is reached.

The expected behaviour when not copying files to output media is:
    * Media ID is incremented ('source' is not recorded)
    * Media ID represents each new media.
