#8 mailqueue is always at 0 (inbound and outboud)

Also if you correctly run /usr/local/bin/mailq.php from
crontab, the inbound and outbound mail queue show
always 0.
The problem is in functions.php included from mailq.php.
If you have set "use SSL" in configuration of mailwatch,
mailq.php exit after the inclusion of functions.php.

This is due to the following line 26 in functions.php :

if (SSL_ONLY && (!empty($_SERVER['PHP_SELF']))) {

replace with this

if ((!isset($CRON_JOB)) && SSL_ONLY && (!empty
($_SERVER['PHP_SELF']))) {

and in mailq.php add the following line
$CRON_JOB=true;
before the
require "/path_to_yours_web_dir/mailscanner/functions.p
hp
