We are currently testing Mailwatch before going live. Things have been running smoothly for the most part, but we've run into a snag which I've been unable fix.
When logging in to a user account, the quarantine list shows the total number of messages which have been caught. Now, this would be fine except that it shows the same number of messages for each and every day (somewhere in the region of 650 messages now) and they are all duplicates.
I expect that these messages would normally be separated according to date and that (normally) the number of spam messages caught would differ from one day to the next. In this case, Mailwatch is not dividing the messages as it should.
Any feedback on this would be appreciated.
