We are delighted to announce the first beta release of MailManager,
the Zope product that allows organizations to manage large volumes of
email.
The focus of this release has been some major rewriting and structural
change to ensure the robustness and maintainability of the product in

MailManager 0.96 is released today. This will be the final evaluation version. We will provide migration scripts and support for future versions. Please wait for the next version before deploying MailManager.
This version adds user definable categories, improved security and a number of minor fixes. Thanks for the bug reports and feature suggestions that have helped us improve MailManager.
Two features from the commercial version were added: measurement and reporting of ticket close times and also a basic export of reports to Excel.
A spam marking system has been added. Several bug fixes and minor improvements.

We're pleased to announce the release of version 0.94.
Plenty of bug fixes and it's now possible to edit the fields displayed on the Ticket page.
We've also been in touch with the consultants who produced the user interface for us to get some work down on a Spam processing interface. We'll aim to get this into the next version.
Version 0.93 is released. There's some quite improvements to the filters, attachment handling and the help button is now context sensitive. There have been many bug fixes.
We're still advising against deploying MailManager in a production environment prior to 1.0 but if we manage to keep up the pace of releases we expect this to by September.
