checking notify_agent in the Web does not work for me,
so I changed Agent.py to always get notifications:
Next Thing is: Group members are not
notified because of a missing loop ...
So here is my dirty hack:
for member in self.groups[self.assign_group]:
self._notifyAgent(member, msg, ticket_id)
self._notifyAgent(self.assign_user, msg, ticket_id)
PS: this hack is ready to notify members *and* a assigned user ;-)

This is a problem that a few people have reported. When you edit an account
you get a confirmation screen, the change is only made when you click
"Submit" on that screen. It's a little confusing.

I think in most cases people only want to know when they have got new mail,
they're not usually interested in knowing that someone else has new mail.
But if it's useful to you that's fine - the great thing about open source is
you can do what you want!
