There are times when developers are out of the office
or on leave and their requests may sit unanswered.
Hence a feature which recorded their unavailability or
unassigned/reassigned the request would be useful.
Initial assignment on receipt is QA Joe, who reassigns
to product developer, Jane.
Product developer, Jane, is not in on Monday so tags
her user profile with inclusive dates of unavailability.
Her name appears in the drop down list, tagged with 'U'
or "OoO" so it can be assigned to her to answer on return.
A request already assigned to her from Friday has not
been answered, so is reassigned to another developer
(the alternative developer listed in her profile)
automatically on Monday morning.
