#148 Bulk deletion of specific tickets

At present it is difficult to delete specifically
selected marked tickets. We can change marked tickets
for 1) assigned, 2) status, and 3) priority but
only "closed" and "spam" tickets can be deleted and
we cannot target specific tickets within these
categories to delete.

If we were able to create either a "status" or
a "category" that we are able to deliberately move
marked tickets to in bulk, and these "status"
or "categories" tickets could then be deleted from
the "system->Delete & Archive Tickets area".

This would make MaleManager much more user friendly,
I occasionally get corrupt or unreadable tickets in
MailManager and am unable to access them to change
their status. The only way that I can get rid of them
is to change them to spam and then to delete all the
spam within date ranges. However, occasionally there
is spam that I do not want to delete at that time.
