Suggested by a customer in a meeting today:

When a user gets an alert telling them that a new message has been
added to a ticket, the link in the alert email should go to the new
message. This is particularly an issue when the ticket contains many
messages as it is a pain to have to scroll to the bottom of the screen to
find the recent addition.
