I am doing a project in Bioinformatics. I have to analyze SOFT files provided on the GEO website using the MAExplorer. I downloaded Cvt2Mae to convert files to MAE format but complete conversion does not take place. Is it possible to convert SOFT files to MAE format?Please help

I have not worked with GEO's SOFT file format, so I can't speak to the details on that, but the general guidance on how to format files for MAExplorer can be found here: http://maexplorer.sourceforge.net/MaeRefMan/hmaeDocC.html#UseWithOtherArrays
