I am using madwifi-0.9.0. And I have AR5212 chip set from
Atheros with miniPCI interface on powerpc. I have successfully compiled
and loaded the modules, below are the snap sort of the same. And I am
using linux-2.4.28.

I have made two board, one I have configured in "Master" Mode and other
I have configured in "Managed Mode".

When I am doing ifconfig ath0 on both the board its not showing and
packet received that is RX packets=3D0 but it show the transmitted =
packet
like TX packets=3D58.

Second is when I tried to do scan through #iwlist ath0 scan its give "No
device to scan"=20

Can any one please tell me what could be the problem and how I can solve
this one?

Do we need to do other settings, but I feel at least I should have scan
the AP first.
