e1000 appears to work fine with APM - but breaksdown after suspend
with ACPI (with the FC2T3 kernel).

I just tried using today's FC2-beta updates with today's madwifi CVS
snapshot.  Was able to build the drivers (with warnings) - and use dhcp
with 802.11b AP. However the network freezes after some data transfer.

I tried 'modprobe -r ath_pci; modprobe ath_pci ; ifup ath0' - it just
hung there. Now 'modprobe -r ath_pci' also hangs.. (kernel doesn't
shoutdown properly)

This is with a T40 with a/b mpini-pci card. Perhaps this is a
different problem I've encountered..
