But if i'm trying to load the ath_= pci module, it's not working. I get the following error: "insmod: error inserting 'driver/ath_pci.ko': -1 Unknown symbol in module" dmesg shows this: wlan: 0.7.3.1 BETA ath_hal: module license 'Proprietary' taints kernel. ath_hal: 0.9.8.6 ath_pci: Unknown symbol init_ath ath_pci: Unknown symbol exit_ath ath_pci: Unknown symbol version ath_pci: Unknown symbol dev_info I emerged the driver. But if I try to insert the ath_pci module, I get a "S= egmentation fault". My System IBM T40p Gentoo with a 2.6.5-r1 Kernel. newest wireles-tools It would be great if somebody could help me.
