I would like to know if it is possible to set the wme functionalities
of a atheros chip-set card with the iwpriv command. Running "iwpriv
ath0" seems to show that "wme" and "get_wme" is supported under
madwifi but I could not find any info of how to do it from the madwifi
In particular, I hope to do some QoS stuff with my card. I'm trying
to find out how much of 802.11e is supported and how it can be
configured. When i plug in my card, it shows
ath0: Use hw queue 1 for WME_AC_BE traffic
ath0: Use hw queue 0 for WME_AC_BK traffic
ath0: Use hw queue 2 for WME_AC_VI traffic
ath0: Use hw queue 3 for WME_AC_VO traffic
which tells me that at least some form of Access Categories are
supported. But how do I configure them? Would I be able to set the
AIFS, CWmin or TXOP parameters for each AC?
Hope anyone could point me to relevant documentation or howtos.

I vaguely remember that somewhere in the list archives it was mentioned
that the driver sorts packets to the various queues depending on their
TOS field. Looking at the archives could reveal more information on this
