I have a problem with Transmit Queue Subtype in madwifi-0.9.4.
I noticed that the madwifi driver always uses the first queue
(HAL_WME_AC_BK) even if I change the /SO_PRIORITY/ socket option of the
I inserted a printk ( printk(KERN_INFO "%s %u\n", __func__,
skb->priority) ) at the beginning of the /ath_hardstart/ function, to print
the priority field of the /skb/ parameter, and I always obtained 0 as
result, regardless of the /SO_PRIORITY/ socket option.
I also inserted a printk in the /pfifo_fast_enqueue /function in the
/net/sched/sch_generic.c/ function of the kernel code, and in this case
I obtained the right output for the /skb->priority/ variable .
Can anyone help me?
