In my experience the stuck beacon problem is normally caused by interference.

Due to the CCA (clear channel assessment) the AP may be unable to transmit anything (including beacons) for a period of time hence the stuck beacon will occur.

The easiest solution is to try a different frequency band.

we are using madwifi driver for access side networking and infra BSS networking. we do face a beacon stuck problem when we have a HOSTAP mode. can you pls give us pointers? how should be tackle this problem?
