syntax check of "cdata.t" yields:

There is no 2.27 XML::Parser for 5.6.1b2. Because
XML::Parser uses the expat XS library, they have to be
specifically built for the MacPerl version in question.

The 2.27 and 2.30 on MMP will ONLY run on MacPerl 5.004, and
the 2.30 at the page below will ONLY run on 5.6.1b2:

MMP to support both 5.004 (5.2.0r4) and 5.6.1 is in the
works, so you can look at the page and get, presumably, the
correct module for your version of MacPerl.

Ok, I did not know about the specific libraries.

Checking with the new download from esmartweb.com the
tests run fine!
