After I installed the LXR,other functions are ok!
only "diff markup" have error!
But I delet "close(<DIFF$>);",
in the line 133 of the diff .
Then it can work now!!
Do you have the problem???
I had the same problem. Instead deleting the line,
I changed the line
and LXR seems to be working pretty well.

The two columns are mixing up.
