Don't forget to commit your work to the VCS when leaving a component. See

No workflow exist. Do as you please as long you remember to commit to the 
VCS when done (done for the time being with the current component that 
is).

Some people use git and get the file from the VCS and upload the file via 
Pootle and some download the file from the Pootle server and then upload 
there as well, some others use the online tool for everything. You can do 
what you like.

For the moment we have no specific release in the pipe so you can start 
doing what ever part you like but I would suggest to focus on libfm and 
pcmanfm as first if they need work.

Native speakers are more or less not present in the LXDE community. The 
en_GB translation is ofc done by a native speaker.

Doesn't matter, we don't use it anyway. the @li.org addresses are added by 
intltool, change them if you like.

I include the i18n list when I do the call for translations.

Maybe that is what you should add then? You know this better than me, for 
Swedish we use a specific translation list that holds the TP and some 
debian people, some fedora people and some gnome people. That is up to 
you.

Just jump in there and start doing stuff. Commit everything to VCS and you 
will have it in the next release of the component in question.
