Something went in and didn't disappear. I know for a fact that gnome-mplayer puts a tray icon there and takes it away immediately. A stress tester sounds like a very good idea. So much for skipping beta. |

If the tray icon is removed 5 ms after being installed, GTK fails to deliver a "plug-removed" event and we never delete the space it is taking. Everything works reliably at 10 ms. Working on a fix.
