There is an unresolved known bug preventing the compile of qtwayland on ArchLinux. After the release of qt 5.3, this is still not fixed. I tried to compile qtwayland against the qt 5.3 package in testing repo of arch but it failed to link properly. Please see the relevant bug report. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/38819?string=qt5-base&project=1&type[0]=&sev[0]=&pri[0]=&due[0]=&reported[0]=&cat[0]=&status[0]=open&percent[0]=&opened=&dev=&closed=&duedatefrom=&duedateto=&changedfrom=&changedto=&openedfrom=&openedto=&closedfrom=&closedto= Without this, I'm not able to continue the Qt5/wayland porting. If anyone knows how to do it, help is needed, please. |

Hi Jerome, * unfortunately I didn't find the "right" fix for this. However Swift proposed a workaround here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/38819 Please let me know if you find a better way. -- Andrea |
