For LXDE-Qt we do not provide any specific infrastructure yet for two

- it's very very very early in the process still and doing
translations now is for the deep enthusiasts still.
If you want to do a translation for the Qt repos I suggest that you
fork the repository at github and handle the translation via a merge
request in that interface.
Yes, that level of services are the current status.
We will announce how to take care of Qt applications in when we have a
solid workflow for that.
