Pootle support ts file native. http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/translate-toolkit/en/latest/formats/ts.html

But from an administration point of view I don┤t know how hard could it be.

Transifex also work with ts files. Not perfect but I┤ve been using it for razor-qt and no major problems were found. At least for me.

There┤s also crowdin: http://crowdin.net/page/tour/supported-formats

I┤ve never used weblate so I don┤t have any idea about it.

But I┤m not the guy that will administrate webservice so I┤m cool with any service team choose.

And to be clear: I suggest against it as it will require some
interesting conversions between the native file formats and I predict
a horrible mess waiting around the corner.
